Hao-style Taijiquan (郝式太极拳) is a traditional internal system that emphasises precision, structure, and deep body integration. Movements are small and controlled, but demand a high level of attention and accuracy.

This is not a casual follow-along class.
Training focuses on developing awareness, coordination, and the ability to generate force through correct structure rather than strength. Over time, the body becomes more stable, efficient, and connected, supporting both long-term health and practical understanding of the art.Progress is gradual and requires consistency. What appears simple is often the most demanding. Each correction reveals deeper layers of balance, alignment, and control.This is suited for those who are willing to train with patience and take their practice seriously.
